Instructions

  1. First, whip the cream with a mixer until stiff. Fold in the quark. Then add sugar as desired. Drain the cherries in a colander. Mix the cherry juice in a saucepan with the 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of sugar, heat on a medium heat and stir with a whisk until the juice becomes firm. Then add the cherries and remove from the stove.
  2. Layer everything in a high baking dish:
  3. Cream curd mixture - ladyfingers - cream curd mixture - ladyfingers - cream curd mixture - cherries.
  4. Let everything cool in the refrigerator for approx. 40-60 minutes.
