Instructions

  1. Cut the heart into cubes and fry. Chop 1 onion and sauté the mushrooms briefly. Sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika on top and add 1/2 liter of stock and mushroom water. Let cook in a closed pot. Mix together 1 tablespoon flour, 1 teaspoon tomato paste, 1/8 l sour cream, add after cooking. Season to taste with lemon juice and red wine.
