• 100 g pickled cucumber (s), quartered, sliced
• 24 fish fillet (s) (Bismarck herring)

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients (except herring fillets), carefully season with salt.
2. Wash the fillets under running water and soak in the sauce overnight.
3. Jacket potatoes go well with it.
