Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the leek, set aside. Fry the minced meat very small and crumbly, also set aside.
  2. Bring the water to the boil with the broth, remove from the heat. Stir in the cheese until it has melted, add the minced meat and bring it back to the boil. Finally add the leek and bring to the boil again.
