Peel, wash and slice the potatoes. Chop the onions, cut the salami into strips. Cut the cheese wedges into several small pieces.
Cover the bottom of a baking dish with half of the potatoes. Spread the butter vegetables, onions and salami on the potatoes. Spread the cheese on top as well. Cover with the other half of the potatoes. Pour 250 ml of cream on top and sprinkle with chives.
