• 250 g mascarpone
• 250 g quark, (curd cheese)
• 250 g whipped cream
• 80 g suar
• 2 Cream puffs, filled from frozen food (approx. 600 g)
• 500 g roats (cherry)
• 3 tablespoon cherry liqueur
• Cocoa powder

Instructions

1. Whip the cream until stiff, stir in the mascarpone, curd cheese and sugar. Spread 1/3 cream on a mold approx. 20, cover tightly with the cream puffs, spread the cherry groats (with liqueur) over it, spread the rest of the cream over it, sprinkle with cocoa, chill.
2. I make a small dessert from half the amount in dessert glasses.
