Whip the cream until stiff, stir in the mascarpone, curd cheese and sugar. Spread 1/3 cream on a mold approx. 20, cover tightly with the cream puffs, spread the cherry groats (with liqueur) over it, spread the rest of the cream over it, sprinkle with cocoa, chill.
I make a small dessert from half the amount in dessert glasses.
