Ingredients
- 250 g mascarpone
- 250 g quark, (curd cheese)
- 250 g whipped cream
- 80 g suar
- 2 Cream puffs, filled from frozen food (approx. 600 g)
- 500 g roats (cherry)
- 3 tablespoon cherry liqueur
- Cocoa powder

- Whip the cream until stiff, stir in the mascarpone, curd cheese and sugar. Spread 1/3 cream on a mold approx. 20, cover tightly with the cream puffs, spread the cherry groats (with liqueur) over it, spread the rest of the cream over it, sprinkle with cocoa, chill.
- I make a small dessert from half the amount in dessert glasses.
