Ingredients
- 500 g quark
- 250 grams sugar
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 400 g crème fraîche
- 500 g cream puffs, frozen
- 700 g berries, frozen
- 2 packs cake icing, red

- Mix a cream from the first four ingredients.
- Then stir the cream into the frozen cream puffs and place everything in a decorative bowl.
- Spread the frozen berries on top. Prepare the icing according to the instructions on the packet and pour over it.
- Let everything cool down in the fridge.
