Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream, (200 ml)
  • 1 cup peanut butter, (same cup)
  • 0.25 ¼ cup egg liqueur, vanilla sauce or Baileys
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 0.5 ½ cup whipped cream
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 25 g chocolate, (for decor)

Instructions

  1. Mix the peanut butter with the sour cream well. Stir in eggnog and add 1-2 tablespoons of powdered sugar to taste.
  2. (For my taste the dessert of eggnog is already sweet enough, but everyone should decide according to their taste)
  3. Pour the peanut-sour cream mixture into a glass bowl or mug and then grate the cream, whipped with vanilla sugar, and then grate the chocolate.
  4. Tips:
  5. 1. Use the cup of sour cream for all the other ingredients.
  6. 2. You can also leave out the eggnog and use ready-made vanilla sauce or Baileys instead.
