Ingredients
- 250 g butter, soft
- 200 g sour cream or sour cream
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 bunch chives
- 1 bunch dill
- 0.5 ½ bunch basil
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley (alternatively borage or wild garlic)
- 1 teaspoon horseradish, finely grated
- 1 teaspoon sea salt or herbal salt
- 1 pinch (s) black pepper from the mill

- Beat the soft butter with the mixer or hand blender until frothy, then gradually fold in the sour cream. Stir in the crushed clove of garlic, the finely chopped onion, the horseradish and the finely chopped herbs and season well with salt and pepper.
- Caution: Butter and sour cream should have the same temperature, then they better combine.
