Instructions

  1. Beat the soft butter with the mixer or hand blender until frothy, then gradually fold in the sour cream. Stir in the crushed clove of garlic, the finely chopped onion, the horseradish and the finely chopped herbs and season well with salt and pepper.
  2. Caution: Butter and sour cream should have the same temperature, then they better combine.
