Ingredients

  • 600 g crème fraîche
  • 600 g sour cream
  • 600 g yourt (cream yourt)
  • 2 bunches parsley
  • 1 bunch dill
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop parsley and dill. Wash the chives and cut into fine rolls. Now mix all the ingredients together and let steep for at least 60 minutes until you are ready to eat them. Maybe a little more seasoning.
  2. Tastes very good with grilled meat, baked potatoes and almost all types of bread.
