  • 200 g herbal cream cheese
  • 42 g yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 250 ml water, possibly a little more
  • Caraway seeds, for sprinkling
  • Milk, for brushing

Instructions

  1. Knead the ingredients into a smooth yeast dough and cover for 35 minutes in a warm place.
  2. Cut 3 pieces of the same size from the dough and shape them into sticks. Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Cover and let rise again for about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Brush with milk and sprinkle with caraway seeds. Bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
