Knead the ingredients into a smooth yeast dough and cover for 35 minutes in a warm place.
Cut 3 pieces of the same size from the dough and shape them into sticks. Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Cover and let rise again for about 15-20 minutes.
Brush with milk and sprinkle with caraway seeds. Bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
