- 400 g sour cream
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 1 squirt lemon juice
- 6 plums
- possibly cinnamon

- Mix the sour cream with the sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Wash, halve and stone the plums.
- First pour the sour cream into glasses, then add the plums on top. If you like, you can put some cinnamon on it.
