• 400 g sour cream
• 4 tablespoon sugar
• 1 squirt lemon juice
• 6 plums
• possibly cinnamon

Instructions

1. Mix the sour cream with the sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Wash, halve and stone the plums.
2. First pour the sour cream into glasses, then add the plums on top. If you like, you can put some cinnamon on it.
