Ingredients

  • 800 g raspberries (frozen)
  • 500 ml cream
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • Sugar, brown (Farin - sugar)

Instructions

  1. Put the raspberries frozen in a shallow bowl (baking dish). Whip the cream until stiff, mix with the sour cream and spread over the raspberries. Scatter the brown sugar thick with the back of a knife. Cover and place in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Sprinkle brown sugar over the top just before serving.
  3. Tip: You can replace cream and sour cream with yogurt or quark.
