Ingredients

  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 200 ml cream
  • 100 g suar
  • 500 g raspberries, frozen
  • 1 bag biscuit (s), (Amarettini)
  • 1 sprig lemon balm
  • Cane sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese with the liquid cream, ideally with a whisk. Then add the sugar and stir in.
  2. Put half of the amarettini in a tall bowl and sprinkle with the frozen raspberries. Put some raspberries aside to decorate.
  3. Now spread the cream cheese and cream mixture on the raspberries and sprinkle with cane sugar. Decorate the whole thing with the remaining raspberries and lemon balm and put in the fridge for a few hours. It is best to do this overnight and do not cover the peel, otherwise the cane sugar will not crystallize.
