- 200 ml whipped cream
- 100 ml milk (whole milk)
- 1 large egg (s)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar (bourbon vanilla sugar)
- 80 g suar, brown
- 50 g peanut butter, creamy
- 2 praline (s) (Peanut Butter Cups), bought or made yourself

- Mix the egg with the sugar until frothy, stir in the whipped cream and whole milk and place in the refrigerator until ready to use, so that the mixture is as cold as possible.
- Before pouring the mixture into the ice cream maker, stir in the peanut butter with the mixer. Now prepare the ice cream according to the instructions of the ice cream maker. Just before the ice cream is ready (about 2 - 3 minutes before), add the roughly chopped peanut butter cups.
