Instructions

  1. Please make sure that the ingredients are (if possible) all chilled!
  2. Pour soy milk into a blender. Add the peanut butter, close the lid and mix briefly. Pour in soy yoghurt (you could also use whipped soy cream, but it is very powerful!) And mix everything again. Add agave syrup. Pour in the banana (roughly sliced) and mix again. Now carefully pour the whole thing into the running ice cream machine (it is quite liquid at first, but it also depends on the yoghurt, which consistency it already had before).
  3. Let the ice cream machine run and now, if you like, chop the dark chocolate and slowly let it fall into the ice cream machine.
  4. According to the manufacturer, my machine should run for 20 - 40 minutes, but a maximum of 1 hour.
  5. Delicious, I fill it up in small portions and always have something longer. Think the information could be enough for about 5 people, of course it always depends on the eater.
  6. * If honey is used for sweetening, the ice cream is of course no longer vegan!

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
