Ingredients
- 2 cups sour cream
- 4 tablespoon sugar, brown
- 250 g strawberries or other fruits your choice
- 4 lemon balm leaves
- some cream, whipped

- Clean the fruits and cut them (not too) into small pieces. Mix the sour cream with the sugar.
- First pour the cream into a tall dessert glass and then put the fruit on top. Garnish with a dab of whipped cream and a leaf of lemon balm.
- Variations:
