• 500 g quark
• 250 grams sugar
• 2 packs vanilla sugar
• 400 g crème fraîche
• 500 g cream puffs, frozen
• 700 g berries, frozen
• 2 packs cake icing, red

Instructions

1. Mix a cream from the first four ingredients.
2. Then stir the cream into the frozen cream puffs and place everything in a decorative bowl.
3. Spread the frozen berries on top. Prepare the icing according to the instructions on the packet and pour over it.
4. Let everything cool down in the fridge.
