Instructions

  1. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stiffener until stiff. Sweeten the low-fat quark with sugar (to taste).
  2. Fruit of your choice e.g. For example, cut cherries, strawberries, pineapples or peaches into small pieces and add them to the quark or just decorate the quark with fruit. Now carefully fold in the whipped cream.
  3. If you like, you can stir in some juice from the fruit, but not too much, otherwise the quark will be too runny.
