Instructions

  1. Chop the onions and garlic cloves and roast them in the olive oil. Remove and set aside.
  2. Beat the pork schnitzel, season with salt, pepper and coat with English (hot) mustard. Fry and take out.
  3. Put the onion and garlic back into the pot, add the tomato pulp, pour on the water and red wine, add a cube of gravy and puree with the hand blender, reduce a little.
  4. Add the pork schnitzel, the schnitzel should be covered with liquid.
  5. Cook on the 1st ring for an hour. Then add a beaker of cream.
