- 4 pork schnitzel
- 2 large onions
- 2 large cloves garlic
- 0.25 liter ¼ red wine
- 1 cup cream
- Tomato paste (Paradeismark)
- Mustard, hot
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
- possibly gravy

- Chop the onions and garlic cloves and roast them in the olive oil. Remove and set aside.
- Beat the pork schnitzel, season with salt, pepper and coat with English (hot) mustard. Fry and take out.
- Put the onion and garlic back into the pot, add the tomato pulp, pour on the water and red wine, add a cube of gravy and puree with the hand blender, reduce a little.
- Add the pork schnitzel, the schnitzel should be covered with liquid.
- Cook on the 1st ring for an hour. Then add a beaker of cream.
