  1. Season the chops with salt and pepper. Spread the flour, eggs and breadcrumbs on 3 flat plates. Roll the chops first in flour, then in egg and then in breadcrumbs.
  2. Heat the fat in a large pan and fry the chops on medium heat for 5 - 7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
