- 1 teaspoon, leveled baking powder
- 30 g cocoa powder
- 150 grams sugar
- 1 teaspoon rum
- 3 tablespoons water
- 125 g butter

- Knead all the ingredients well until you get a smooth mass. Then form about 3 cm thick rolls and roll them in sugar and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Cut the rolls into 0.5 cm thick slices and bake on high heat (200 °) for 10 minutes.
