  • 100 g suar
  • 250 g flour
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) vanilla pulp
  • 5 tablespoon jam your choice if required

Instructions

  1. Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough and leave to rest in the refrigerator for an hour.
  2. Form hazelnut-sized balls out of the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper with sufficient space between them.
  3. For cookies with jam filling, make a small depression in each case and fill with a little jam. Do not take too much, otherwise it will run out when baking.
  4. Without jam filling, just flatten the balls slightly - they can be decorated with icing or couverture after baking, if necessary.
  5. Bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat (convection: 150 ° C) for about 15 minutes.
