Ingredients
- 550 g flour
- 250 g butter
- 150 g nouat
- 250 grams sugar
- 2 tablespoon Nutella
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- possibly cake icing

- Make a smooth dough from the ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
- Then turn through the meat grinder and place any shapes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- It is baked at 170 ° C for approx. 13 minutes. It is best to check the first batch and switch it up or down if necessary. You have to make sure that they don`t get too brown, otherwise the fine nougat taste is lost.
- If you have the time and desire, you can of course dip the shortbread cookies in nougat glaze.
