Instructions

  1. Finely chop the fish fillets and fatty bacon with the chopping knife. Finely dice the onions and pickles. Put everything in a larger bowl and mix with pepper and possibly herbs.
  2. Tip: The brine from the fillets from the package can be stirred underneath.
  3. Serve with jacket potatoes or coarse, dark bread.
