Season the schnitzel with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Then spread the sausage meat on the schnitzel. Put in an ovenproof, greased dish. Now spread the mushrooms and then the cheese over it. Then pour over the cream and sprinkle everything with nutmeg to taste.
Put in the oven and bake for about 30-40 minutes.
Serve hot. Noodles or potatoes and salad go well with this.
