Instructions

  1. Peel the avocado, cut in half, core and cut into large pieces. Put the avocado, spinach, clove of garlic, cashews, basil and olive oil in a deep bowl and puree everything.
  2. The 200 ml of water are only intended as a guide. Add enough water to get the consistency you want. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
