  1. Cut the rhubarb into small pieces, rinse. Put wet rhubarb in a saucepan, cover with sugar and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes. Remove the saucepan from the stove, let the contents cool.
  2. Put the cooled rhubarb in a metal sieve and rub the puree into a bowl.
  3. For a creamy dessert in equal parts, you need cream, rhubarb puree, and custard (the proportions may be different, depending on your taste). First, whisk the custard and puree with a whisk, then gently add the whipped cream. Cover dessert and refrigerate. Serve the creamy dessert in portioned bowls, dripping with melted honey (optional).
