Beat the cream with the cream stabilizer and vanilla sugar until stiff. Fold in the chocolate flakes.
Put some pudding in three dessert glasses, berries on top and cream on top. Repeat the process until the ingredients are used up. Put some berries on top for decoration.
Place in the fridge for 1 hour to set the pudding.
