Instructions

  1. Whip the whipped cream with a pinch of salt. Fold in the yogurt, sugar and vanilla pulp.
  2. Grate some peel from the lemons, squeeze out the juice. Add the zest and the juice to the cream and yoghurt mixture. Be careful with the lemon juice and gradually fold it in. Season again and again, prefer to take a little less.
  3. Put everything in the ice cream maker and prepare according to the instructions. Just before the end, add the crumbled meringue pieces to the ice cream mixture and fold in.
