Instructions

  1. Mix the cream, sour cream and 3 tablespoons of the oil. Pepper well. Fold in the matjes and onions and chill for 1 hour.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Sprinkle with the parsley and serve with fresh jacket potatoes.
