• 400 g fish fillet (s) (herrin, in oil)
• 300 ml cream, sweet
• 200 ml sour cream
• 4 medium onion (s), fine slices
• 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
• salt and pepper

Instructions

1. Mix the cream, sour cream and 3 tablespoons of the oil. Pepper well. Fold in the matjes and onions and chill for 1 hour.
2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Sprinkle with the parsley and serve with fresh jacket potatoes.
