Ingredients
- 400 g fish fillet (s) (herrin, in oil)
- 300 ml cream, sweet
- 200 ml sour cream
- 4 medium onion (s), fine slices
- 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped
- salt and pepper

- Mix the cream, sour cream and 3 tablespoons of the oil. Pepper well. Fold in the matjes and onions and chill for 1 hour.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle with the parsley and serve with fresh jacket potatoes.
