Wash the vegetables, cut the peppers into cubes, cut the leek into thin rings.
Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and fry in a pan with a little olive oil until crumbly. Add the leek and paprika, season with paprika powder and fry briefly.
Deglaze with the vegetable stock. Add the sour cream and then simmer for about 10 minutes. Season again with salt, pepper and paprika.
