Instructions

  1. Put both types of mustard in a salad bowl. Add salt, lemon pepper, balsamic vinegar and the very finely chopped or pressed clove of garlic and stir.
  2. Gradually add the oil and stir until a smooth, creamy mixture is formed. Dilute with the sweet cream to the desired consistency.
  3. Fold in the spring onions, cut into fine rings.
  4. This salad sauce tastes best with leaf salads with roasted croutons.
