- 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
- 1 tablespoon mustard, sweeter
- salt
- Lemon pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, darker
- 2 tablespoons oil
- sweet cream
- 2 spring onion (s)

- Put both types of mustard in a salad bowl. Add salt, lemon pepper, balsamic vinegar and the very finely chopped or pressed clove of garlic and stir.
- Gradually add the oil and stir until a smooth, creamy mixture is formed. Dilute with the sweet cream to the desired consistency.
- Fold in the spring onions, cut into fine rings.
- This salad sauce tastes best with leaf salads with roasted croutons.
