Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons, leveled salt
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 6 teaspoons, coated mustard, medium hot
  • 1 clove (s) garlic, chopped
  • 1 onion (s), chopped
  • 500 ml rapeseed oil, cold-pressed
  • 100 ml walnut oil
  • 250 ml vegetable stock, cooled
  • 150 ml orange juice
  • 150 ml vinegar

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well in the mixer. Fill into bottles (possibly cream bottles) and place in the refrigerator.
  2. Lasts at least 3 weeks, it has already been stored for 6 weeks without any change in taste.
  3. Goes well with leaf salads and can also be mixed with cream, sour cream or creme fraiche.
