• 300 g strawberries, cleaned, fresh or frozen
• 70 g powdered suar
• 200 ml cream
• 100 ml milk (3.8%)
• 20 ml lemon juice
• 1 pinch (s) salt
• Vanilla extract, a few drops

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients and mix vigorously in a blender.
2. Put the mixture in the ice cream container and let it run for 30 minutes (for frozen strawberries) to 45 minutes (for fresh strawberries).
