Ingredients
- 300 g strawberries, cleaned, fresh or frozen
- 70 g powdered suar
- 200 ml cream
- 100 ml milk (3.8%)
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- Vanilla extract, a few drops

- Combine all ingredients and mix vigorously in a blender.
- Put the mixture in the ice cream container and let it run for 30 minutes (for frozen strawberries) to 45 minutes (for fresh strawberries).
