- 300 ml cream, sweet
- 100 ml milk, 3.5%
- 4 egg yolks
- 180 g suar
- 500 g peach (s), very ripe
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar

- Put the cream together with the milk in a saucepan and heat, do not let it boil. Remove the saucepan from the hob, add the egg yolks and 180 g sugar and stir in with the whisk. Put on the stove again, but don`t let it boil. Stir until a creamy, thick mass is formed. Let the mixture cool down. It is best to put it in the refrigerator overnight.
- Peel and core the peaches. Put in a blender and puree together with the 1 tablespoon sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Mix the peach puree with the cream and egg mixture and place in the ice cream maker.
- If there are no more fresh peaches you can also use canned peaches. Then carefully adjust the amount of sugar, as the canned goods are already sugared.
