Ingredients
- 500 g strawberries, ripe
- 80 g powdered suar
- 2 tablespoon strawberry syrup
- 250 g mascarpone
- 150 g yourt

- Wash, clean and chop the strawberries. Puree together with the powdered sugar and syrup with a hand blender.
- Add mascarpone and yoghurt and stir until smooth. Now pour the mixture into the ice cream machine and let it freeze.
