Ingredients
- 500 g quark
- 250 g mascarpone
- 200 ml heavy cream, whipped until stiff
- 1 bag vanilla sugar
- 1 packet biscuit (s) (chocolate cookies), at least 200 g
- 1 bowl strawberries
- honey
- 70 g suar, for the cream
- Sugar, for the strawberries

- Clean the strawberries and cut them into small pieces. Add sugar to your taste and let stand a little.
- The cookies crumble.
- Mix the mascarpone, quark, vanilla sugar, sugar and honey to taste to form a smooth cream. Then fold in the cream.
- Put the cream, cookie crumbs and strawberries in layers in a suitable bowl or in portions in dessert bowls - it looks even nicer. Let it steep a little to soften the biscuits.
