- 250 g strawberries, cleaned and mashed
- 250 g mascarpone
- 50 grams sugar
- 1 vanilla pod (s)
- 1 lemon (s), squeezed
- 1 cup cream
- 250 g strawberries, cleaned

- Mix the pureed strawberries with the mascarpone, sugar, pulp of the vanilla pod and lemon juice in a bowl. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in.
- Pour the mascarpone cream together with the cleaned strawberries into dessert bowls and serve immediately.
- Tip: Before serving, the dessert can be richly decorated according to taste and preference.
