Ingredients
- 500 g strawberries
- 250 g mascarpone
- 250 g natural yourt
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- some chocolate sprinkles or cocoa powder

- Puree the strawberries up to 8 pieces. Mix the mascarpone with the yogurt until smooth. Stir in the vanilla sugar.
- Fill 4 glasses alternately with mascarpone cream and strawberry puree. Finish with a layer of strawberry puree. Slip a heaped teaspoon of mascarpone cream on top and place a strawberry on top.
- Cut the 2nd strawberry halfway from the stem and clamp it on the edge of the glass. Chill the cream for at least half an hour.
- Before serving, sprinkle with chocolate shavings or dust with cocoa powder, if you like.
- Tip: The mascarpone dream also tastes good with pureed apricots, raspberries, nectarines or other seasonal fruits.
