Ingredients
- 375 g strawberries, (possibly also other fruits)
- 90 g suar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 200 g mascarpone
- 200 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 200 g yourt
- 0.5 ½ lemon (n), grated. Bowl
- 1 point vanilla sugar (bourbon)
- 125 g cream

- Wash and clean the strawberries. Cut 175g berries into pieces. Add 20g sugar and lemon juice, puree.
- Mix the mascarpone, quark, yogurt, 50g sugar, lemon zest and vanilla sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Fold the strawberry puree into the cream. Put in a bowl. Put in a cool place.
- Halve the rest of the strawberries and sprinkle with sugar, leave to stand. Put on the cream and decorate.
