Wash and clean the strawberries. Cut 175g berries into pieces. Add 20g sugar and lemon juice, puree.
Mix the mascarpone, quark, yogurt, 50g sugar, lemon zest and vanilla sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Fold the strawberry puree into the cream. Put in a bowl. Put in a cool place.
Halve the rest of the strawberries and sprinkle with sugar, leave to stand. Put on the cream and decorate.
